Added full tests for patchs and control of packed file length .. date are controlled when it's possible and patch use next file offset as max length excepted for ending files when no FD present.

Tool for unpack and pack GCM/ISO files.
This tool don't save random bytes written in non-mapped DVD intervals that's why the resulting ISO file will be different from initial ISO
