Aleksandr Gumroian b7695cc854 Remove duplicated file for Norwegian language ...

I noticed thanks to Weblate that there are two files for the same
language and I found this site:
http://people.skolelinux.org/pere/blog/Spr_kkoder_for_POSIX_locale_i_Norge.html

We should use nb_NO and remove nb folder.
