fiemap, fiewalk: drop dead example/test code

These tools are obsolete. fiemap was a thin wrapper around FIEMAP,
but FIEMAP is not useful on btrfs. fiewalk was a thin wrapper around
BtrfsExtentWalker, but development on BtrfsExtentWalker has been
abandoned.
